WHAT IS ROLLERQUEST ? Rollerquest is a non-profit in-line skate and ski organization. We promote both sports by seeking a wide variety of places and events for group activity. Rollerquest encourages a friendly, social atmosphere. As well, we provide a competitive training atmosphere for those whose goals are to improve technique, endurance and skill in either sport. We attempt to draw all people regardless of skill level. Rollerquest promotes camaraderie by designing group events to meet everyone's needs. |

SCHEDULE (SKI/SKATE) CHANGES AND NOTICES: SATURDAY 5/17 SKATE AT 7:00 AM (subject to weather and path conditions)---We will start an advanced level skate at 7:00 AM. Since we are training heavily now for the CBAR 100 and CBAR 62 we need to string some continuous mileage together at a steady pace. So we will do 4 laps without stopping. We are anticipating averaging 50 minute laps so Your rendevous times would be 7:50, 8:40, 9:30, and 10:20. Feel free to join in at anytime but be near the path and ready to skate when we come through. We will not be stopping at the parking lot. We will break for lunch at around 10:20 and resume again around 10:45 for the final three laps at an intermediate level pace. 5/15/08----6:00PM--- ROLLERBLAZE---Heat #3---5k SPRINTS
